Engr. Hamis Imam, articulating the purpose of the meeting, emphasized its significance beyond religious boundaries. He asserted, "The issue of Palestine is not only for Muslims; it is for all of humanity, transcending religious and ideological differences. This gathering is a demonstration of compassion and a platform for collective prayers."
Dr. Abdullahi 'Yar'adua delivered a crucial lecture on the historical origins of the conflict between Jews and Palestinians, dating back to 1897 when Zionists sought to establish residency in Palestine. The gathering also featured Sheikh Isma'il Bin Zakariyya Alkashnawy, who focused on verses from the Holy Qur'an cautioning against the perceived malevolence and conspiracies of the Jews. He highlighted the warnings and reminders within the Qur'anic verses.
